Lay Pastoral Care
Bouquet Blessings
A ministry in which flowers from Sunday's services are repurposed and arranged into bouquets which volunteers deliver Monday morning to parishioners who the Pastoral Care Team (clergy + parish nurse) determine could use the blessing of receiving flowers. Some volunteers arrange flowers, and others deliver.

Helping Hands
Helping Hands is a collaborative group of Trinity members, willing to occasionally make a meal for a parishioner in need or drive them to medical appointments. All ministry members are put into an email file and notified online of the particular need. Ministry members then sign up to help if they are able. Many hands make light the work, so new volunteers are welcome! It is always rewarding to help our fellow parishioners in their time of need.

Lay Eucharistic Visitation
As members of Trinity’s pastoral care team, Lay Eucharistic Visitors bring communion and companionship to homebound parishioners.

Prayer Shawls
We welcome knitters and crocheters to this ministry to infuse their craft with prayer. Shawls are blessed by clergy and then given to parishioners and friends of Trinity for the comfort in times of physical or emotional need.
"Knitting a prayer shawl and the gentle prayers that accompany the task, can become a symbol and an offering of God’s compassion for others."
