Beloved author and historian Diana Butler Bass will be coming to Trinity to promote her new book, A Beautiful Year: 52 Meditations on Faith, Wisdom, and Perseverance. The evening will include a talk by Diana, with time for conversation, and a liturgy of light, in honor of Candlemas coinciding that week. Participants will receive a candle and will be invited to a simple reception afterwards with time to purchase her new book and a book signing. Chaucer's will be onsite selling books.

Trinity is special to Diana as she was a parishioner here many years ago and used to be a regular religion columnist for the Santa Barbara News Press. A free-will offering will be accepted at the door ($15 suggested donation). Please contact Rev. Sarah Thomas with questions: sthomas@trinitysb.org.
