Lou was a loyal and faithful member of Trinity since the early 1950s. She served in many roles in our parish during her long tenure with us. Lou was part of the team responsible for setting up the Trinity Library dedicated to Rector Emeritus Richard Ayers. During a challenging time in the 1990s, she was a strong senior warden who led the vestry to hire the Rev. Mark Asman as Trinity’s rector. Lou may be best known for her tireless work on Trinity's history. In 1973 she wrote and published The History of Trinity Church.

Rest eternal grant to her, O Lord; And let light perpetual shine upon her. May her soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
