For more than four decades, the Pacific Trio has been dazzling concert audiences throughout North America and Europe. Founded in 1979 by original members Edith Orloff and John Walz, violinist Roger Wilkie has been with them since 2000. The trio toured the United States and Canada for many years under the auspices of Columbia Artists Management. In 1986, Pacific Trio made its New York debut at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall. On that occasion the New York Times wrote, “The members of the trio played with warmth, expertise, and unanimity…..elegantly tapered, yet directly emotive playing.”
