An Invitation to Ministry: Be part of Bouquet Blessings

We are delighted to announce a new pastoral care ministry at Trinity, where altar flowers from Sunday's services are repurposed, and arranged into bouquets which volunteers deliver Monday morning to parishioners who the Pastoral Care Team (clergy + parish nurse) determine could use the blessing of receiving flowers. The idea for this ministry comes from Trinity's Welcome Council chair, Elizabeth Patterson, who has been making and delivering the bouquets the past several weeks. We are ready, now, for others to get involved!

If you are interested in participating in this ministry, either by being a flower arranger and/or a bouquet deliverer, please contact the Rev. Elizabeth Molitors (emolitors@trinitysb.org) or Elizabeth Patterson (etroy222@aol.com). The time commitment is for just a few hours - one Monday each month - and it offers incredible joy for both deliverers and receivers. Training/instruction will be provided, including how to bundle the bouquets and route the deliveries.
